Unlike “boxed” purchases, we don’t just provide hardware, we provide a working process. We assess your needs and deliver the devices (e.g., Zebra TC27) pre-configured with the appropriate software settings (DataWedge profiles, workflow). All you have to do is turn it on and use it.

Yes. In addition to hardware configuration, we help develop workflow logic. If you need more complex warehouse software, we provide support for WMS integration with the involvement of our partners (e.g., L-mobile), or we bridge the communication gap with our own development.

It depends on the complexity of the task. A basic data collection and labeling system can be implemented within 2-3 weeks, from assessment to training, so the increase in efficiency and reduction in errors can be felt almost immediately.

Not necessarily. We also offer so-called “batch” (data collection) solutions, where the device stores the data and uploads it to the computer when docked. Of course, we recommend WiFi-based systems for real-time inventory tracking – we can also advise you on setting this up.

Absolutely not. Megaglobal’s service does not end with implementation. We train employees on proper use, provide documentation, and remain available for support, fine-tuning, or servicing. We view our customers as long-term partners.
