If a data collector, barcode reader, or label printer stops working, the entire warehouse slows down. At Megaglobal, we respond quickly, provide an accurate diagnosis, and handle the repair comprehensively, regardless of the manufacturer.

We provide service independently of the manufacturer.

What does the service include?

1. Fast diagnosis and inspection quotation

After receiving the fault report, we assess:

  • the nature of the issue
  • the warranty status (if the device was purchased from us)
  • the expected repair cost → with a preliminary inspection quotation

In the case of a service framework agreement, only services outside the contract require separate pricing.

2. Repair with a transparent process

Frequently asked questions

No, our service is independent of suppliers. We repair devices from Zebra, Honeywell, TSC, Godex, and other manufacturers, regardless of where you originally purchased them. You can also bring us your existing devices that are no longer under warranty.

There are no surprises. We always start with an inspection and diagnosis. We then provide you with an accurate quote for the expected costs (parts + labor), and you can decide whether you want to proceed with the repair.

We know that production cannot be interrupted. For our partners with priority service contracts, or based on individual agreements, we provide replacement equipment (data collector or printer) while their own device is being serviced.

In most cases, we perform repairs at our service center to ensure faster and more accurate diagnostics. However, in the case of larger, fixed industrial printers or complex systems, we also provide on-site troubleshooting and maintenance for an additional call-out fee.

The most common problem is wear and tear or damage to the print head. This can be avoided by regular cleaning and using high-quality consumables. As part of our service, we also provide training on proper maintenance and undertake periodic preventive cleaning.
