Our story

2007

Establishment of the company

The founders of Megaglobal Kft. began developing their business model and service concept in 2007. Initially, the focus was on the sale of general IT hardware and enterprise software.

2008

Start of operation

By spring 2008, the company’s first organizational structure was in place. Due to the credit crisis, the planned developments had to be changed, so the company significantly expanded its range of services to include web development, marketing, special hardware, and barcode technology.

Strategic shift

By the beginning of the decade, the ownership structure had changed, but the company remained Hungarian-owned and managed. The product and service portfolio shifted increasingly towards engineering informatics and barcode technology.

2015

Industrial focus and opening up to the automotive industry

The economic upturn in Hungary and the dynamic expansion of the automotive industry created new opportunities. The company then restructured itself to meet the needs of large-scale manufacturers and automotive suppliers. A significant portion of its customer base became automotive, energy, and commercial companies.

Industrial software development and international presence

The first industrial software development projects were launched, and the latest system solution was completed, which has already been adopted by large companies in the EMEA region outside Europe.

Integrated engineering and IT systems

The company expanded its focus to include the design and implementation of fully integrated systems, while continuing to supply, integrate, and service well-functioning system components.
